Anyone else Dropped ATT U-Verse due to inept service?

We are dropping this God awful company after 3 years since every time we experience a problem, they send out service people who can’t isolate High Speed Internet issues. Multiple visits and their newest trick they learned from the banking industry, the want you to pay for the service call to repair what is clearly an infrastructure problem! The biggest disingenuous sales claim they make is that the U-verse system is based on a fiber optic network when our subdivision uses the telephone lines which are Copper! If you are considering this Companies service for TV, Internet & Phone service, think long and hard as they can hardly provide quality land line telephone service ( everyone is already very familiar with the cell phone dropped calls track record) much less effectively provide high tech service of internet and television service; and we don’t use High definition TV! We are having Comcast install their system and I have heard they do what they say! Never again will I fall prey to ATT’s lies and false sales claims and I encourage anyone who is having problems with this company to do the same and maybe they will catch on and work on their horrendous product!
