Stool passing problem?

Hello, few weeks ago I was suffering from constipation and it was very difficult to pass out the stool. My mom took out the most hard stool and I was okei with loads of water and fruits with fibers.It was very very difficult for me.mom said she noticed light blood coming. But, 4 days back I noticed there was no bowel movement..so I drank loads of water and stools started to pass only little and the stool was so liquid as if i was suffering from diarrhea.. But it is only little.. Food doesn’t come out wholly like what happens during diarrhea. I feel something on my rectum but when I go to toilet ..nothing comes.. only gas is released… My stomach has no feeling of pain or anything like that but i feel something on my rectum..what is it?? 2 days back I even noticed black stool but not after that.. My mom is very worried..what should I do?? Is it HEMORRHOID? (I think it may becos of strain during my constipation) Thanks for the help!

What do I do? So many digestive problems.. blood?

Okay, so I’ve been dealing with blood out my back end for a good 3 months now. Last week I finally had a colonoscopy and the doctor said my prep was excellent and that my colon was very healthy as well as the beginning of my small intestine. I was happy, he told me and blood i saw must have been from re-occouring fissures/hemorrhoids. But now when I wipe I sometimes notice black on the toilet paper. It should be brown, not black! I’m only 18 years old! What is wrong with me now?

Do I have to go have an endoscopy done? =[ He said my colon/beginning of small intestine looked really healthy! I don’t have any more money to spend on these tests!

Embarrassing question, but I\’m kind of concerned?

Okay so when I was 14 I found out I had hemorrhoids, I talked to my mom about it and she said she got hemorrhoids at my age too, so that made me feel a little better. Now it’s a couple years later and lately I’ve been having weird bowel movements. Every once in a while I would get a little bit of blood on (not in) the stool and I figured it was just because of my hemorrhoids. Now it’s every time I go number 2 it’s almost painful to go and I have to strain. I know it’s gross, I’m sorry, but that’s not all of it. Now I have blood on the stool every time I go, and the bowel movements have been so hard that the toilet gets backed up every time I flush. Should I be concerned or should I try taking a stool softener? I’m afraid to tell my mom because I don’t want her to take me to the doctor and find out I have something seriously wrong with me. What should I do?

Okay, so.. this all started when I was shocked and scared that I found out that I had hemorrhoids. I thought it was something serious and something that needed to be surgically removed.. (I’m scared of hospitals and surgery) so that shook me up a bit. I was going through the “Why is this happening to me? Why me? Why always me?” Phase again..,After figuring out it wasn’t something rare, uncommon or serious… I calmed down a bit but suddenly, I felt different. Like I wasn’t myself anymore..

My questions are:

1. Does depression have that effect? Wherein.. you don’t feel like yourself. After the health scare, I suddenly lost the ability to feel like I was connected to the world or to the people around me. It was like there was some invisible wall between us almost all the time. It’s like “I know I’m supposed to feel this for you right now… but I don’t.” It really scares me because I’ve never felt this way before.

2. Does depression cause you to think you don’t love the things and people you actually DO love ? I’m in a relationship and my boyfriend is the best thing that has ever happened to me. But recently, because of this.. I can’t seem to feel the same way about him. It was like I woke up one day and I wasn’t the jealous-type, obsessive, clingly, lovey-dovey girlfriend I was before.. He IS my ultimate happiness. My mind knows it but my body just doesn’t want to cooperate with me and FEEL it. It’s been so hard because it feels like I fell out of love with him but that would be the last thing I would ever do in this world… I love him so much and I KNOW this. Why can’t I feel it? Is depression causing this? Can depression make you feel like you don’t love this person anymore even if you TRULY do?

3. My ambitions and dreams in life don’t seem to spark up any happiness anymore. My birthday is around the corner and I just CAN’T seem to feel excited for it! It’s like it doesn’t matter to me or it doesn’t interest me.. when I KNOW that the REAL me should feel excited and happy about it! In my mind, I AM but in my heart and feelings and body.. I just can’t seem to dig up the emotions that I’m supposed to feel. Even when I think of sad things, I can’t feel anything.. When I think of my party not going well, or the people I love leaving me.. it’s like it doesn’t interest me or I JUST DON’T CARE when normally, I really do! And if ever those horrible, sad things happen.. I know the REAL me would freak out about it!

4. Does depression cause you to go numb ? And feel empty like nothing matters anymore? It’s like I can’t distinguish a good day from a bad day because everyday feels the SAME! It feels empty and numb.. but sometimes I feel like I’m in a cage and my hand fits just right through the bars but it just can’t reach the key to the cage which are my REAL and true emotions.

5. Could my depression be lying to me about how I really feel about the world? Like.. Is it making me think I don’t like these things or I’m not excited about this or that but I really am supposed to be ? Or I normally would be ? It’s like I don’t enjoy the things I would enjoy anymore and if you asked me “What would make you happy?” I wouldn’t know what to answer because everything just feels blank to me!

6. Did depression kill my passion and drive for everything? I’m a very passionate person and I would go out of my way to do things that I really want to do! But now, the things that make me happy and passionate just don’t seem to motivate me anymore and I don’t know why!

7. Can depression make you feel like time is moving so fast? Because I don’t feel anything interests me, I don’t even feel irritated at how long my classes are anymore.. it makes time and days go by so fast!

8. The things I usually hate doing, I don’t care if I do it or not anymore. Does depression do this as well?

9. Will I ever be the same again? I feel so stuck! I’m graduating.. going to college.. I’m turning 18 on March 30! I need to feel again, I don’t want to be stuck in this problem.. I’m taking EFT. Do you think it will be effective? Do you think I can feel again before my birthday? I want to enjoy my birthday too !

10. Is there any advice you can give for natural anti-depressants? And if anyone has ever felt this way, please feel free to share and give me hope! I’m so hopeless right now..

I’m really driven and I really want to express my love and want for these things that I’m so passionate about but somehow my feelings won’t let me? It’s like “Oh, okay.. I’ll do this now! Herpes Symptoms Include Anal Bleeding, Blood In Urine & Abdominal Pain?

I’m a 28 year old female without medical insurance. I have NEVER used protection during intercourse. I have been in a 10yr. relationship, had 1 “buddy’ for a few months and am currently in a 15 month relationship. I have always had anal sex. With my last 2 outa 3 partners (buddy & current BF) we prefer mostly anal sex (not to protect against STD’s or pregnancy). I know the risks are the same. Every year I am tested for all STD’s, always clean. I have never suffered from ANY kind of infections (bacterial, fungal, or viral), side affects (itching, burning, odor) or other abnormalities.

Early February my BF & I were intimate (anal only). As usual there was a little bit of tearing & soreness but nothing new. The following days it seemed the soreness got worse (not usual) but not horrible. 5 nights later I suddenly had unimaginable itching on my anus & perineum. When I looked, it resembled a hemorrhoid. I used Prep-H but it burned. Assuming the small fissures were infected I poured hydrogen peroxide on it. That ran down to my labia & burned too.

In the morning I went to see a gyno since it was due to sex. He looked at my perineum & said it looked like herpes, disregarding the anal side affects since he is not a proctologist. Blood tests were taken which came back negative for herpes, a swab tests for chlamydia & gonorrhea read negative. Large, painful, itchy bumps formed on my perineum; about 12. My labia formed a black,painful scab where the hydrogen peroxide touched and I had much white vaginal discharge. Bowel movements became very painful, like passing glass. Unlike small bloody spots from fissures I now had a significant amount of blood pouring out of my anus. I experienced 2 bowel movement of a clear mucus-like discharge. Anal itching persisted & was mostly relieved with lidocaine (numbing cream).

I went to another gyno which did a swab for herpes & came back positive. She explained that I was infected recently and antibodies were not developed yet to appear on the blood test. A few days later I noticed painless, odorless, cloudy, dark brown bloody urine I have felt light headed and dizzy at times. These are not signs of herpes. UTI’s or passing stones usually are associated with pain/ burning; don’t think it’s that.

After 5 days of peeing blood I started getting dull pain in my lower right abdomen, near my hip. Each day It spread a bit higher up near my right rib cage. The gyno cannot consult me on my anal problems, acting as if it unrelated and says the herpes outbreak is unrelated to the bloody urine. Still no odor or pain/ burning when peeing. I took Ibuprofen for the abdominal pain for 10 days.

It has been a month now and almost all the symptoms are gone including the itchy perianal bumps, vaginal discharge, mucus like stool, bloody bowel movements & urine, dizziness and pain. The ony thing left from the very start is painful bowel movements (no blood). From beginning to end new symptoms appeared as old one seemed to slowly diminish away. Symptoms started from my anus, moved to the perianal area then ended with bloody urine and abdominal pain. I never experienced vaginal breakout, pain, or odor. Medication was too expensive so I used only the lidocaine that was prescribed and took Ibuprofen at the end.

****IS THIS NORMAL HERPES SYMPTOMS??****IF NOT, WHAT IS GOING ON??****

Should I push exposed hemorrhoids in before or after sitz bath?

Is it a herpe or a hemeroid?

Just to say this first. I have never and will never have anal sex because I find it disgusting…but that’s just my opinion. Now for my explanation. I have the flappy loos-ish piece of skin right on my but hole…and whenever I have a *bowel movement* it really hurt and it feels like someone is ripping the skin down there or stabbing it with a knife and when I wipe I see blood on the paper. I’m not sure what to do now. This past summer I had a few….let us call them one night stands. I know I don’t have anything in my vag cause I’m still a virgin technically ( if you don’t count oral) and one of the times the guy had his di*k sorta near/on my but and now I’m freaking out because I have this thing on my butt and I’m not sure what to think…is it herpes or a hemorrhoid??? Also note this only popped up only a couple of weeks ago and in the time between mid December until now I had a job where I was outside in the cold as a door knocker and when I would wait for my supervisors I would sit on the old pavement. I heard this was a trigger for hemorrhoids….please help me!!!

Can an obstruction in my stomach be the problem?

I know I suffer from anxiety and depression about a month ago I had lower abdominal pressure I went to the emergency room all freaked out the docto gave me naproxen he said it was still inflammatory my stomach was really upset all night loud noises and paid and the lower abdominal pressure continued next day my stomach started burning so I decited to go to urgent care the Dr told me not to take the pills any more it was upsetting my stomach. That doctor told me it was a muscle pulle just like the previous doctor I was really constipated and had hemorrhoids bled a little. 2 days after urgent care I went to laise using my insurance a doctor told me the same muscle pull at this point I was having muscle spams in my stomach. He gave me a muscle relaxer that’s all rumbling in the stomach continued but now it was becoming uncomfortable higher in my stomach then I made another appointment with my doctor at this point I was having pressure on my chest really bad.. She gave me meds lorazepam .5 mlg she gave me omeprazole for acid 20 mlg nortrptyline starter pack.. After a bunch of blood tests and urine samples nothing it’s been over a month now I went to another doctor 2 days ago from kaire because my docto wasn’t in and he sai enough is enough he made an appointment to the GI .. My stomach still rumble my stool come out fast but now it looks like it has a lil resadue or mucus lil slimy to I’m nervous as hell I feel the weather differently since last month my vision is hazzy whe I read to near something I just want over with please I need advise… I’m 31 male and I need help I’m freaking out my bowel have changed again I noticeced my bowels are smaller and 3 days apart very lil comes out I also nocitece with certain movements my stomach is rumbling like when I put my hands up and stech al all the way my stomach gargles also my breath smells like crap minutes after I brush my theeth
