HID lights on my car. Wanna change from 8000k to 10,000k?

So I got a 8000 kit installed and I wanna change to 10000k. Do I just change the bulbs since I have the ballasts?

I wanted to buy some HID headlights and fog lights for my 2004 explorer but someone told me that the housing of my fog lights can melt with the hid lights, is this true?? and what happens if it does melt it?

HID lights in my car?

Short story is, I wanted hid lights so my girlfriend surprised me and got me some.. problem is they arnt the correct size. My car takes 9006reg and 9005high. She got me 9007. Is there anyway I can mod my light housing to fit this? My headlights are made for 55 watts and the hids only use 35. I know over powering is usually the big problem but is underpowering going to hurt me? Thanks ahead for any help
She bought them online somewhere so I can’t take them back.. and Im pretty good with electrical and cars so modding isn’t gonna be a problem as long as I get some kind of guide line to go by.. ANY help would beneficial to me

Are 10000K hid lights going to get me a ticket?

I was gifted a 10000K HID Kit for my 2007 Mustang GT and I want to know, before I have them professionally installed, if they will put me at risk for getting a ticket. The headlamp housing is stock and I received kits for both the headlamps and the fog lights. I live in NY.

How to fix a fuse that keeps blowing up?

I have a 2005 Nissan altima 2.5s with hid light installed by a friend. So I took it to the mechanic they put a new fuse for me several times but the fuse blows up each time the mechanic puts a new one in as soon as the fuse that is about to be pushed it more it blows up. How do I fix this problem on my 2005 Nissan altima 2.5s automatic 4cyclinder?

What can I do to amaze my bf on his birthday?

can i drive with my high beams if they arent even bright?

so i got a car that was used and the previous owner put on these blue headlights that look like HID light i dont know if they really are though. anyways they arent bright enough to light up the road even in the city but i can see fine with my high beams on so i want to know if i can use them. my high beams are less bright then standard headlights and i even turned them on and stood 5 feet in front of my car and i was able to stare directly in to the light so if i drove with them on would i get pulled over
