Renters Rights and abuse, any one know these specifics?

Hello, I was looking for some details on renters rights and privileges
I moved into this home about a month and a half ago, I previously spoke to the leaser on the phone everything was in order and things seemed to be fair and acceptable, she lives in home with her child and I was to share common space like the kitchen and living room and I was to have my own room that I pay rent for, so far this has been true
the girl and I were reasonably good friends and I assumed the environment would be friendly and cooperative but I was wrong, due to this belief nothing had been written in documentation and she only voiced rules and rights
I will add that I did agree to have a job by this time but as we all know the economy is really bad right now and raking up a few bucks is extremely challenging much less having a career and affording internet, phone, food, rent, transportation and her requirements also
when we spoke I was told that I had access to the phone, the computer and a vehicle that she owns.
After being here for the short period that I have been leasing the room, she is stating that I now must pay half of her phone bill for phone usage, and because she had wrecked her first car I have no rights to the other vehicle and if she uses the vehicle to take me or help me with anything involving my own personal affairs and business I must pay in full for the gas
she has also stated that the propane is being used “faster than she expected” and I might have to contribute cash to the propane bill
also we both buy and separate our groceries but have come to an agreement that we can mutually share specific foods that the other person does not have, she now has stated she believes I am using more food that she is and if I continue to eat anything that is hers I will need to contribute cash for the grocery bill, when I have physically seen her and her daughter take from my groceries and said nothing.
I am not looking for a lawyer I do not want to take this to court or have to type up a packet of legal rights, I want to peacefully and professionally show her that I have rights as a renter and she must uphold her voiced statements even if they were not legally written in documentation
I am tired of the hot and cold the roller coaster of statements she has made I feel unsupported and under privileged
I have payed both months of rent in full and on time, I have stayed by my end of the agreement by including things I was not told to do when I first spoke about the situation, including cleaning her home, chopping wood for her fire place and other little personal nick knacks that were not part of the stated requirements

How to convince my parents into letting me have an internet phone?

It’s the Droid Razr and it’s the ONLY thing that I truly WANT for Christmas, and they just don’t understand that my friend’s and my generation all around me own internet phones! Can you give me any good reasons why a teen SHOULD have a phone with internet? a.k.a. a smartphone! I know kids way younger then me with these things!

OK so I’ve Been married to my husband for a little over a year. We just had a baby born in August within a week or two of him being born my husband started a internet/phone relationship. He was happy and claimed to love me throughout our 3 year total relationship and marriage and was so excited when we found out we were expecting a baby. What do you think happened to cause him to cheat?
It wasn’t lack of sex we have always had very active sex life together. As for weight gain and stretch marks he is the type of man who likes and is turned on by a woman who is pregnant and thinks stretch marks are sexy because it shows a nurturing mother his words not mine as for fatherhood he and I both have children prior to our relationship and he adopted my 2 kids

Anyone else Dropped ATT U-Verse due to inept service?

We are dropping this God awful company after 3 years since every time we experience a problem, they send out service people who can’t isolate High Speed Internet issues. Multiple visits and their newest trick they learned from the banking industry, the want you to pay for the service call to repair what is clearly an infrastructure problem! The biggest disingenuous sales claim they make is that the U-verse system is based on a fiber optic network when our subdivision uses the telephone lines which are Copper! If you are considering this Companies service for TV, Internet & Phone service, think long and hard as they can hardly provide quality land line telephone service ( everyone is already very familiar with the cell phone dropped calls track record) much less effectively provide high tech service of internet and television service; and we don’t use High definition TV! We are having Comcast install their system and I have heard they do what they say! Never again will I fall prey to ATT’s lies and false sales claims and I encourage anyone who is having problems with this company to do the same and maybe they will catch on and work on their horrendous product!

Signal booster machine/Internet? I don\’t know?

Hello helpful people. I’m trying to find a machine to boost the signal on the internet, phone, etc. Apparently the area I’m in makes the internet and phone signals slow and less effective. Now I’m not the most tech savvy so I’m not sure exactly what to look for. The words “signal booster” sound familiar, but I’m not sure if this is what I’m looking for? Anybody have an idea on what I need?

First of all, I am NOT a troll. This is a serious question and I’d like serious answers please. I’m fifteen, and in two weeks time a close female friend is coming down from where she lives to stay with her grandparents, which is very near to me, and we’ve arranged to meet up, and to just put it out there- there’s 95% chance that we’ll be having sex.
