Are there cameras in mental hospitals?

Either in the hallways, cafeterias, individual rooms etc.? Or if not the regular rooms, are there certain reasons why you would be sent to a room with a camera?

How do I order stuff without parent\’s knowing?

Okay so recently I noticed online their been some cool spy items like cameras and things online that i want to buy for my room without my parents knowing. I have read that you could buy prepaid credit cards from gas stations and such but I’m not sure if most sites would accept them. Now my problem is if I buy and order one of these how would I obtain the box? I live in an apartment with other tenants living in the same building. The mail is usually set next to everyone’s mail boxes. My thoughts were if I buy a prepaid credit card and ordered the spy camera and then sent it to ship to my address but put a fake name or something on the order. Would this work? Any tips or answers would be well appreciated.
