diarrhea for 9 days, what is going on?

Ok this is a little embarrassing but I have had diarrhea for 9 days with occasional vomiting during the first few days. Also I have a sulfur like burp. I had a normal colonoscopy in September and normal CTs of abdomen and pelvis in October to screen for cancer as I am an ovarian cancer survivor. Other than mild hemorrhoids (internal) nothing abnormal showed up. This seems quite long for a standard bug. I occasionally have loose stools or constipation but this is pure watery stomach flu grade diarrhea but besides the bubbling and cramping and the unpleasant taste of the belching I don’t feel “sick” I went to urgent care after 6 days of this and we are on day 9 so I am going back to the doctor on Monday which would make 2 full weeks of this. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with me? I did have some bleeding on the stool about a week before this happened but passed it off as being constipated and it was bright red so attributed it to the hemorrhoids. Other than that I am stumped. None of my family has had gastroenteritis or anything like that so I guess I am not spreading anything. I am being careful to hydrate so I don’t become dehydrated and the urgent care doc said as long as I am doing that and follow up with my primary she didn’t see anything wrong with waiting until Monday but I doubt she planned for it to go on another week!
Thanks for any advice and ideas as to what this is.
also I am 31 and about 130 pounds overweight but other than that I am fairly healthy, exercise and have been following a low fat diet to lose weight.
