Is it hemorrhoids or something more serious?

It started with blood on the toilet paper though it wasn’t a lot and it was light colored after that i started having anal discomfort for 2 days.There wasn’t much pain just once when i went out it felt as if something is sticking out and it did hurt a little i don’t think there’s more bleeding and it sometimes burns but it’s not unbearable though it’s not a feeling i want to have.It’s been almost 2 months since i got it and it hasn’t changed it’s like my whole life circles around it and it’d making me depressed just from thinking about it.I was reading in some sites and forums but everywhere is different there are people selling their own products everyone talks different like they can’t be cured other people say they can and so on.My question is if it’s really hemorrhoids because it doesn’t bleed or hurt or could it be something more serious and if it’s hemorrhoids can it be CURED and yes I don’t want any relief or something of that sort i want to know if i can make it so they disappear completely without surgery or something of that sort also can i develop something else if i try to take care of them without getting examined by a doctor because i don’t really want to go there.It would be great if i get a reply soon because I’ve searched for help on other sites and didn’t get replies for months
