my bf put a keylogger on my laptop?

he doesn’t trust me after an argument we had and i noticed going through and looking for some files one day on another user account that there was a program entitled “perfect keylogger” there. i tried opening it, and it went into a setup menu. i’ve encountered these before downloading addons for games but usually they’re pretty well hidden, this was in a download folder and pretty blatant. i deleted the user account, then restored it at the end of the day when my boyfriend complained about files lost on there. i told him my anti-spyware scan found it and i deleted it instead of contronting him about it… i removed the program itself and it’s still recording my key logs and taking screen shots every 10 minutes. he’s very computer savvy, and i don’t know what other programs might’ve been installed… should i really confront him about this? or found the spyware have been downloaded on accident?
