Not having anal sex with bf tonight because of hemorrhoids..does he know?

We planned it out because I don’t like to do it like that very often, only once every couple of months. (tmi…tmi etc) Anyways we planned to do it tonight since I like to plan that specifically ahead of time. Well my hemorrhoids which barely ever act up are flaring or w/e right now. I also have a fissure because of my IBS. It’s pretty embarrassing, so I only said “I don’t feel like it tonight, can I just (other intercourse act)” And he was like “Dang, I guess” So he was okay with it, didn’t ask Qs but I think he would think something gross like that was happening, and it’s not a period because of what we’re doing instead. If he knows I will just die!
They’re not an STD, so it doesn’t make me a bad person..
I kind of like the anal sex once in a while. I would never do it if I didn’t enjoy it under normal circumstances.
