What is the best remote key logger?

I want to make sure my teenage kids aren’t doing anything on their computers that they shouldn’t be doing. I’m looking for a key logger that will remotely send me everything they type, as I’m on the road a lot, including login and passwords of websites and emails. Also, if such a thing exists, I would like to try to find one that can be installed remotely from another computer to theirs without them knowing. Maybe one that installs as they open an email from me or something. They have locked their computers with user names and passwords that I have no idea what they are, so one that would log those too would be great. Any help is greatly appreciated.
